Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
The top priority of the GA Labs is always to implement the QA/QC protocols in order to generate precise and accurate analytical data. QA/QC protocol incorporates planned and systematic standard procedures to ensure the validity of the data with the goal of providing reliable and defendable results.
Quality Control
Quality control is a set of measures used during SOPs to ensure that the procedures are within required parameters to get the quality results. GA Labs QC measures and practices include blanks (analytical and method), duplicates, quality control samples, matrix spike, calibration, internal standards and Certified Reference Materials (CRMs). We measure instrument’s background noise, accuracy and precision by inserting QC samples ( 5% blanks, 10% duplicates, 5% matrix spikes and 5% CRMs) with every set of about 20 samples.
